I hope this is of interest. Ready to take the leap? You may have questions. I’ve tried to answer some here. But please don’t hesitate to get in touch for anything else.
When?
I am happy to fit in with your schedule. And can arrange shoots morning, afternoon and evening (night time too), 7 days a week. Subject to availability of course.
Where
Usually I will come to your chosen location, indoors or outdoors. So that could be your dance studio, rehearsal room, performance venue, on a beach, in a forest… I can also arrange a photo studio shoot if preferred (subject to availability). I chiefly work throughout Scotland, covering the whole country. Although I am happy to travel throughout the UK and beyond if required.
Note that some locations have photography restrictions. If you think this may apply to where you would like to have your portrait shoot please check first. If you select a location with restrictions when booking I’ll get in touch to rearrange.
I can also arrange a studio shoot or specific location if preferred. But note that these options are subject to availability and additional charges and can’t be self booked through my booking page. Please get in touch for more info.
What (about travel charges)
I do not usually charge extra for shoots within Central Scotland. But if you are considering a shoot outside of the ‘central belt’ please get in touch to check if there would be any ‘mileage’ charge.
What (if it's bad weather)
OK. If you book an outdoor shoot which cannot go ahead because of poor weather you will have the option to switch to an indoor location (if you have one available); or reschedule to another available day / time. When neither option is possible you can request a refund of any deposit / shoot fee you have paid.
How (do I view the photos)
After your photo shoot I will edit the photos and create your very own password protected and ssl secure online photo gallery which you can access via my website. I will email a link and the password as soon as your gallery is online. So that way you will be able to view your photos whenever you wish. And you’re more than welcome to share the password with family and friends too.
How (do I get the photos)
The best bit is that there’s no need for a ‘viewing appointment’. You’ll be able to choose your favourites and download the photos included in your shoot package directly from your online gallery. Plus, you can conveniently order beautiful prints, albums and contemporary wall art along with additional downloads there too. That way you only pay for the items that you really want and there’s no sales pressure.
